Danielle Oaldon is the founder of Legacy Coaching Studio and a leadership coach with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, leaders, and organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation.

Throughout her career, Danielle has held leadership roles within Fortune 50 organizations, including Target and Amazon/AWS, where she partnered with leaders across global teams to strengthen leadership capability, expand influence, and lead through periods of significant change. She has worked alongside executives, managers, and emerging leaders to help them define the impact they want to have and the legacy they want to leave behind.

Over time, Danielle began asking many of the same questions she heard from the leaders around her. Questions about fulfillment, identity, what matters most, and what success truly means beyond the next achievement.

That realization led her to create Legacy Coaching Studio.

Today, Danielle works primarily with women who have reached a certain level of success and are seeking greater clarity, confidence, and intention around what comes next. Whether navigating a career transition, redefining priorities, strengthening their voice, or exploring a new season of life, her clients are often at a point where something feels different and they want greater clarity about where they are headed.

Her coaching is grounded, thoughtful, and direct. She creates space for reflection while challenging assumptions, patterns, and perspectives that may no longer serve her clients.

Based in Indianapolis, Danielle works with women who are ready to be more intentional about what they carry forward, what they leave behind, and what they want next.
